CaBLock is a one-person engineering bureau and prototyping laboratory located south west of Munich at Starnberger See, founded in 2004.

CaBLock has developed a new Hemostasis Valve Y Connector containing a lock chamber to be Luer lock mounted at the proximal ends of PTA guide catheters used in cardiological, neuroradiological and angiological catheter interventions. This single use accessory may substitute all known hemostasis valve Y connectors, and enables to prevent any retrograde flow of blood or contrast fluid in the guide catheter.

Main advantages: during intervention no blood coagulation inside the guide catheter, no losses of contrastfluid, no hurried but careful valve opening and adapting, no danger of damaging catheter heads or stents, totally clear view into the lock chamber lumen.

What we offer

We offer production and/or sale licences on basis of in vitro and clinical tested prototypes and valid DE and US patents.
